Hierarchical SAPO?34 Preparation Based on the Crystal Metastability in Mother Liquor Solution

چکیده

Fabrication of hierarchical porosity in microporous zeolites is a key to overcoming the inherent mass-transfer limitation and improving molecular accessibility active sites. The present study reports facile cost-effective etching strategy based on crystal metastability construct SAPO-34 (CHA-type) zeolite. with high crystallinity obtained conveniently via an extended hydrothermal treatment without using any additional chemicals. triggered by mother liquor. characteristics etched are found dependent crystallization-dissolution process controlled synthesis temperature time. products systematically investigated complementary characterization methods providing information textural properties chemical environments framework atoms. resultant exhibit improved diffusion sites micropores. Consequentially, zeolite shows remarkably enhanced catalytic performance methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reaction, compared its counterpart. approach can be tailor other zeo-types.
